    Geoff,

Thanks for the phone call, it was great to talk with you and throw ideas around and talk nutrition and fitness. You are a very inspirational man with fantastic ideas and vision. A big thankyou from the bottom of my heart, as without your passion bringing out BT and BS I wouldn’t have got the results that I have achieved. Bring on the bodysculpt competition!!!! LOL.

Cheers mate, and enjoy your trip.

    Megan

    Geoff
This challenge has been something that I needed. Your lessons have been good and great information to really get into a healthy lifestyle change for life.
Reading all the blogs on Emily’s and Tony’s blogs and also on this one has been really motivational for me. When I have been tempted to go astray, just reading the blogs from everyone has been a God send.
I am really noticing the changes in my losses. Plan to keep going after this challenge to get to a leaner, and healthier body.
Thanks heaps for everything you do for helping to make this world a healthier and better way of living.
May you be blessed in so many ways for the blessing you have been to so many others.

  4. Kathleen Says:

I took your challenge to try on something that I could not wear when I started following the bodysculpt program. Initially I was sceptical, but I was able to put on and wear a pair of jeans I bought 8 months ago and have never been able to wear. I was able to wear them all day yesterday without discomfort. My partner, family and friends have all commented on the change in me, these comments certainly assist me to stick with it. I have also found that I am able to resist temptation, which is something I have not been able to do for many years.
I believe that 2010, is going to be a great year.

  5. Kingsley Says:

    Geoff,
I had to put a saftey pin in my old training shorts as they are now falling off me. I have dropped from 93.5 Kg at the start to 87.2kg a loss of 6.3kg. To date I havent really got going with the Body sculpt so this has been done with just the body trim. Lookout when I get the bands going three days a week. Now Im ready to go.

  6. Valda Says:

I’m just beginning my second week on “Body Sculpt” and although I have only lost a bit less than a kg. this week it’s still a positive and I’m finding the exercise routine easier and quicker to do each time, the bands are a brilliant exercise tool I wish I had them years ago…Val.

  7. Ursi Says:

    Hi Geoff (& the team)
I am only at the beginning of my week 4 as I already had a holiday planned prior to starting the challenge. So far I have lost 36cm in total, but the best thing is that the nutrition, walking everyday & the BS exercises have come the norm for me. One of my biggest challenges was giving up a the champagnes… I can tell you I am not missing it at all. Instead of putting my old jeans back on I went & bought a new pair, 2 SIZES smaller! yeah… & the muffin top has almost gone. Thank you for all of the tools that has made this journey a lot easier. Ursi p.s. I had my first ready to eat meal last night … how good are they!

  9. Kay Bernard Says:

Hi Geoff and all the team and Buddy Kayley, wow how fast has the past 5 weeks passed and I have come so far in understanding about weightloss and learnt sooo much. It feels so great to be in controll at last of my weight problem and seeing the fantastic results that not only I have achieved but Kaylee too and all the other challenge participants.
I have just ordered some Trimshakes and look forward to trying them. How has your week been Kaylee?? Did you order any shakes yet? They will be so handy to have as I work till 2 most days and need something to keep me going untill I can have lunch at 2. I hope your week was a good one and this one is even better. How are the bands going? I am using the blue one for some of the arm exercises now. My hubby Peter looks so good now has lost 4-5kg but his muscle and body shape have really improved and changed. He seems to do it so easy but it has been fantastic having him support me as well. I will look forward to reading your blog Kaylee stay strong, you can do it, you have done so well already. Don’t forget to submit your entry I’m going to try to, hope it works.
    Cheers Kay

  10. Angie Says:

Hi Geoff, Chris and the rest of the team,
Thanks so much for the motivation to get Body Sculpting! I’m only on week 4 but am feeling so encouraged by reading everyone elses results – especially the ones who haven’t lost much some weeks (I’ve been there). We all have different bodies and if we just persist the weight will eventually come off!!
Thanks everyone for all the encouragement and I’m glad that we’ll be able to keep it up on the Trim Club site – I’m not ready to go it alone yet!!
I’m looking forward to recruiting some of my friends to try Body Trim/Sculpt and being their motivator! It’s hard not to feel enthusiastic about slimming down the world!!!
    Thanks heaps, Angie

  11. Rebecca Caldwell Says:

Hi Geoff and all of the Team

This is my 4th week, my weight loss has slowed but my clothes have gotten loose. My energy levels are up and I feel great. These past weeks have been great and am enjoying the BodySculpt more so than the BodyTrim.
Walking has been a loss last week and the beginning of this week as with the Resistance Bands due to having the flu but I kept on the diet.

Congratulations everyone on their progress during this time and like me there is still more progress to make.

  12. Jenni Says:

Wow only a few days to go and 42 days have gone by. It is hard to beleive but the results have been amazing for me. For the first time in 2 years i have lost every week even if it was .5> I am so motivated to keep going that a girlfriend of mine has liked the cahnge so much she is gomg to join when i begin the next 6 weeks challenge. Thanks for the inspiration from every one on the bloggs and for the Geoff and Chris and the bodytrim team. It has set me on the right rack and 2010 is already awesome for me and the direction my body and mind is going. Only 4 sleeps to go till the end of the challenge and final weigh in and measure. I have a sons and 2 grANDSONS birthday this weekend , have made the birthday cake without tasting it and i am on fire to just met the goals of this challenge., we can all do it hang in there,

  13. Fran Says:

Last week of the challenge but the start of a new life.

Lost 7.5 kilo’s and a few days left to go. I was wearing my favourite 3/4 pants yesterday and found I could take them off and on without undoing the zip or button. What a laugh, I had a muffin top the last time I had them on.

Also so pleased, had girlfriends birthday last weekend and had a couple of celebration drinks but very careful with food items. Still lost over the week so you can live and loose at the same time. Goodie!!!!

Thank everyone and good luck with your final week.

  14. COLLEEN Says:

Well we are at the end of week 6, and I finally have received my first e-lesson. I must say I am very disappointed. I registered, rang to double check that I registered. Was told that my e-lessons will be sent and I still didn’t receive them. So my enthusiasm quickly died and I was left very disappointed. Someone please explain how this happened.

  15. Jane Says:

Cannot believe it I have dropped nearly 8kgs and 2 sizes so feel fantastic. Geoff I love you and want to have your babies!!!!! Only joking I am a very happily married 58 year old who is over the moon at finding Body Trim. I feel so healthy and fit and intend to stay with my new lifestyle as still a few kgs to go (10 to be precise). This eating programme is so easy to follow and not only do I walk every morning, today I actually started jogging. Not sure about advancing to Body Sculpt at this point in time but maybe for the future.
